1. Welcome to Secure School

You’re here, which means you’re probably done with dating disasters, emotional spirals, and self-help strategies that never quite stick. Secure School is a structured, science-backed, people-centered coaching and learning experience for individuals committed to moving from anxious to secure attachment. It includes a combination of digital lessons, group coaching, live sessions, interactive exercises, and community support.

By enrolling, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. These are the guidelines that keep this experience respectful, functional, and free of unnecessary drama (except for the dramatics Cassie brings, which are very much encouraged).

 

2. Program Access and Duration

Enrollment in Secure School includes:

Twelve months of access to course content, live coaching sessions, a private community forum, and interactive downloads such as exercises, the eBook, and the workbook.

Access is tied to your membership duration. After your year ends, you may choose to transition into a maintenance plan to retain access to materials.

This is a twelve-month commitment. It is not a drop-in. It is not a swipe-right-and-see. Think of it as enrollment in a modern-day emotional university. The only thing missing is cafeteria food.

 

3. Payments, Plans, and Pricing

Current pricing includes the following:

  • $297 per month, billed monthly for twelve months

  • Or a one-time payment for the full year

  • Klarna and AfterPay options are available for qualifying members

All payments are processed through our platform (Kajabi) and our authorized payment providers. Payments are automatically billed based on the plan you select unless you cancel according to the terms below.

 

4. Refunds and Cancellations

We believe in Secure School, and we believe in your ability to follow through. But here is how we handle changes of heart.

 

Monthly Members

You may request a full refund within the first 14 calendar days of your first month.
After day 14, the month is non-refundable, and your membership continues through the remainder of that billing cycle. Cancellation prevents the next month’s billing from occurring.

 

Annual Members

You may request a full refund within the first 14 calendar days of purchase.
After that period, you may cancel and receive a prorated refund for unused full months, minus a $297 early withdrawal fee.

All cancellations or refund requests must be submitted by email to [email protected].

We ask that you honor your full-year commitment. Not because we are rigid, but because this experience is designed for those ready to change their lives rather than sample content and bounce. We are not Amazon, but we do believe in fair refunds with clear boundaries.

 

5. Who Secure School Is For (and Who It Is Not For)

Secure School is a transformational learning experience. It is not therapy. It is not suitable for individuals experiencing acute mental health crises or conditions that require clinical treatment.

This program is not appropriate for individuals currently experiencing or recently diagnosed with any of the following:

  • Active suicidal ideation or self-harming behavior

  • Untreated Bipolar I Disorder

  • Borderline Personality Disorder with active dysregulation

  • Schizophrenia or psychotic disorders

  • Paranoid delusional thinking

  • Severe or untreated PTSD with dissociation

  • Substance use disorders requiring medical intervention

  • Active eating disorders that pose medical risk

  • Cognitive impairments affecting comprehension

  • Any condition requiring psychiatric supervision or inpatient care

If you are in crisis, please contact your local emergency services or access the Mental Health Emergency Resources link provided in your welcome email. Secure School is not a substitute for therapy, medical care, or psychiatric treatment.

 

6. Community Guidelines

We are not just here to heal. We are here to connect. We are here to be real. We are here to rebuild the parts of ourselves that were taught to settle, perform, or pretend.

To create a people-centered space:

  • Speak with kindness, not criticism

  • Share what is real, including both the mess and the magic

  • Respond with empathy instead of defaulting to advice

  • Respect others’ privacy. What is shared here stays here

  • Do not use spiritual language, faith-based proselytizing, or coded "woo"

  • Refrain from political discourse or right-wing ideology

  • Do not engage in trolling, spamming, harassment, or unsafe behavior

Violation of these terms may result in immediate removal. Cassie is not afraid to show people the exit when safety and respect are at risk.

 

7. Intellectual Property and Usage

All materials, recordings, videos, exercises, downloads, and community content are the exclusive property of My Secure Era LLC.

By enrolling, you agree to the following:

  • You may use materials for your own personal development only

  • You may not copy, share, resell, repost, or teach our frameworks or materials in your own programs

  • Any violation of this policy constitutes a breach of contract and may result in removal or legal action

In short: learn it, live it, but do not lift it.

 

8. Technology, Access, and Integrations

Secure School is hosted through Kajabi and may involve third-party tools such as Stripe, Klarna, and AfterPay. We are not liable for issues related to these platforms, including internet outages, login disruptions, or payment processing delays, though we will always do our best to support your access to the program.

 

9. Privacy and Data Use

We collect your name, email, assessment responses, and engagement activity to personalize your experience and support your emotional progress. Your data is protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data, and we never use it for irrelevant or misleading marketing purposes.

 

10. Disclaimers and Legal Limits

Secure School does not provide therapy, crisis counseling, psychiatric guidance, or medical advice.

By enrolling, you agree to:

  • Take full responsibility for your mental health and life decisions

  • Seek outside help from licensed professionals when appropriate

  • Hold My Secure Era LLC harmless in the event of any emotional, financial, or personal consequences that arise through use of the program

Secure School is a space for emotional education and personal transformation. It is not a substitute for professional mental health services.

 

11. Final Note: Honor the Work

We built this because we believe people deserve a map out of emotional chaos. Not more recycled advice. Not surface-level support. This is a program designed to transform hearts, habits, and hope.

  • I am not going to flake, ghost, or quit on myself
