Helping Audiences
I help people understand themselves better, and it radiates into their relationships.
All too often, people are left to fend for themselves which means pretending to be "fine" while also silently suffering with emotional pain.
Peers, partners, and parents can't help, and they're left to figure it out solo. Trial and error reinforces bad emotional habits than growth when it's doesn't lead to truly healing wounds.
Social media boosts awareness, but "ah ha" moments don't lead to a true transformation.
My life calling is to help people tap into frameworks that can help them heal their attachment wounds, so they can be happier in life & in their relationships.

Topics
My focus is helping people untangle the complexity of the human experience.
My approach combines multiple styles of psychology: ACT, DBT, CBT, and neuroscience.
I'm certified in Integrated Attachment Theory. In the last 10 years, I've read 400 books on personal development and psychology.
I tackle many questions, including:
- Why do I attract emotionally unavailable men?
- Why do I keep falling for avoidant men?
- How do I become secure in my attachment style?
- How do I find healthy love?
I focus on emotional intelligence, attachment theory, personal development, dating & relationships.
If there's a topic your audience is dying to know more about, we can definitely collaborate to tailor it to their area of curiosity.
Background
As a behavior designer, I combine psychology, product design, attachment theory, and neuroscience to help people understand themselves on deeper levels to bring about positive change in their mental health.
I'm at the intersection of EI and AI. Emotional intelligence (EI) focuses on helping people improve how they relate to themselves and others. Within AI, I am building an AI tool that will offer 24/7 mental health support.
Earlier this year, I was a speaker at SXSW on the topic of product design, teaching how behavior design plays out in the creation of apps and websites. Here's a link to my LinkedIn profile
