1. Welcome to Secure School

You’re here, which means you’re probably done with dating disasters, emotional spirals, and self-help strategies that never quite stick. Secure School is a structured, science-backed, people-centered coaching and learning experience for individuals committed to moving from anxious to secure attachment. It includes a combination of digital lessons, group coaching, live sessions, interactive exercises, and community support.

By enrolling, you agree to these Terms & Conditions — aka the fine print that keeps this experience respectful, functional, and drama-free (except for the dramatics Cassie brings, which are... encouraged).

2. Program Access + Duration

Enrollment in Secure School includes:

• 12 months of access to course content, live coaching sessions, a private community forum, and interactive downloads (exercises, eBook, workbook).
  
  
• Access is tied to your membership duration. After your year ends, you may choose to transition into a maintenance plan to retain access to materials.
  
  

This is a 12-month commitment. Not a drop-in, not a swipe-right-and-see. Think of it as enrollment in a modern-day emotional university. Minus the cafeteria food.

3. Payments, Plans, and Pricing

Current pricing:

• $297/month, billed monthly for 12 months.
  
  
• Or a one-time payment annually.
  
  
• Klarna and AfterPay options available for qualifying members.
  
  

All payments are processed through our platform (Kajabi) and/or our third-party payment processors. Payments are automatically billed based on the plan you choose unless you cancel per the policy below.

4. Refunds + Cancellations

We believe in Secure School — and we believe in your ability to follow through. But here’s how we handle changes of heart:

Monthly Members:

• You may request a full refund within the first 14 calendar days of your first month.
  
  
• After day 14, the month is non-refundable, and your membership continues through the remainder of that month.
  
  
• Cancellation prevents the next billing cycle.
  
  

Annual Members:

• You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of purchase.
  
  
• After that, you may cancel and receive a pro-rated refund for unused full months, minus a $297 early withdrawal fee.
  
  

All cancellations or refund requests must be made by email: [email protected].

We ask that you honor your full-year commitment — not to be rigid, but because this experience is designed for those ready to change their lives, not just sample content. We're not Amazon, but we do believe in fair returns with boundaries.

5. Who Secure School Is (and Isn’t) For

Secure School is a transformational learning experience, not therapy. It’s not suitable for individuals experiencing acute mental health crises or conditions that require clinical treatment.

This program is not appropriate for individuals experiencing or recently diagnosed with:

1. Active suicidal ideation or self-harming behavior
   
   
2. Untreated Bipolar I Disorder
   
   
3. Borderline Personality Disorder with active dysregulation
   
   
4. Schizophrenia or psychotic disorders
   
   
5. Paranoid delusional thinking
   
   
6. Severe or untreated PTSD with dissociation
   
   
7. Substance use disorders requiring medical intervention
   
   
8. Active eating disorders that pose medical risk
   
   
9. Cognitive impairments affecting comprehension
   
   
10. Any condition that requires psychiatric supervision or inpatient care

6. Community Guidelines (Cassie’s Clipboard Comes Out)

We’re not just here to heal. We’re here to connect. To be real. To rebuild the parts of ourselves that were taught to settle, perform, or pretend.

To create a people-centered space:

• Speak with kindness, not criticism.
  
  
• Share what’s real — the mess and the magic.
  
  
• Respond with empathy, not advice-by-default.
  
  
• Respect others' privacy. What’s shared here, stays here.
  
  
• No spiritual language, faith-based proselytizing, or coded "woo."
  
  
• No political discourse or right-wing ideology.
  
  
• No trolling, spamming, harassment, or unsafe behavior.
  
  

Violation of these terms may result in immediate removal. Cassie’s not afraid to show people the exit when safety and respect are on the line.

7. Intellectual Property + Usage

All materials, recordings, videos, exercises, downloads, and community content are owned by My Secure Era LLC.

By enrolling, you agree:

• You may use materials only for personal development.
  
  
• You may not copy, share, resell, repost, or teach our frameworks, downloads, or content in your own programs.
  
  
• Violating this = breach of contract and may lead to removal and legal consequences.
  
  

Translation? Enjoy it, absorb it, grow from it. Don’t plagiarize it.

8. Technology, Access, and Integrations

Secure School is hosted via Kajabi and may involve third-party tools like Stripe, Klarna, or AfterPay. We’re not liable for issues with third-party platforms, internet outages, or login disruptions, but we’ll always do our best to help you access what you paid for.

9. Privacy + Data Use

We collect your name, email, assessment results, and engagement activity for one purpose: to personalize your journey and help you make meaningful emotional progress. Your data is kept private in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We don’t sell your info, and we never use it to market anything shady.

10. Disclaimers + Legal Limits

This program does not offer therapy, crisis support, psychiatric guidance, or medical advice.
By enrolling, you agree to:

• Take full responsibility for your mental health, wellbeing, and life decisions.
  
  
• Seek outside help when needed from licensed professionals.
  
  
• Hold My Secure Era LLC and its team harmless in the case of any damages, losses, or emotional consequences stemming from your use of the program.
  
  

Secure School is a transformational learning space — not a replacement for therapy, medication, or emergency care.
